TONY KNOTTS received a B.F.A. in acting from Montclair State University in 2012.  Mr. Knotts past credits include (NYC theater): Claire Went to France (Johnathon), Night Blooming Jasmine (Ibrahim/Gabe), Regional: Of Mice and Men (Curley), Film/TV: SciFi's School Spirits (College Student), La Traviatta (Craig).  He is currently acting in and producing a web series by Gavin Johnson, Boys Drinking in Cars.  He would like to thank Brian O'Neill for the opportunity to join such a truly amazing and talented team on The Renovation.

FORBES MARCH is best known for playing Nash Brennan for three seasons on the legendary Soap Opera One Life To Live. He previously played the roles of Jess Kilmartin in 66 episodes of Mutant X, and Scott Parker Chandler in All My Children, and later appeared as Mason Jarvis in As The World Turns. Other TV credits include roles on CSI, Doc, Dirty Love and Wired City. He currently resides in Sullivan County, NY with his wife and 2 children and owns and operates The New York Firewood Company.
SKIPP SUDDUTH is perhaps best known for playing the role of Sully on the hit NBC show Third Watch. He has appeared in dozens of television shows over the years, most recently Elementary, Quarry, The Good Wife, CSI, Louie, Ray Donovan, Orange Is The New Black, Person Of Interest, Criminal Minds, Curb Your Enthusiasm and many others. Film: Freeheld, The Drunk Boat, Ronin, Meadowland, and Flawless. He also has directed many episodic TV shows including ER, multiple CSI’s, Criminal Minds, Third Watch, and The Woman’s Murder Club.
MAIRÉAD O'NEILL made her film debut at eight months old in Flannel Pajamas with Justin Kirk and Julianne Nicholson. Recent film work includes The Renovation, Monster Soup, The Parker and two music videos; Rise directed by Skipp Sudduth and Free World directed by Sekiya Dorset.  Mairéad played "young Mary Anning" in Manhattan Musical Theatre Lab's presentation of Curious & Rare at the Jerry Orbach Theatre in NYC and she has sung solos in many school concerts.

BRIAN HUGH O'NEILL - Director, Writer
Other directorial projects: The Parker, H.O.L.E. - The Dissilusionment of Mike & Eva, and Face. His play Grass Island, was a recipient of the 2004 Julie Harris National Playwrighting Award, and his script Viva, Radilla received the Best Short Screenplay Award at 2014 New Hope Film Festival. He is a member of The Actor's Studio Playwrights and Director's Workshop. As an actor he has appeared in dozens of TV shows and films over the years, most recently guest starring in Blindspot, Blue Bloods, and I Love You...But I Lied. Films include Burn After Reading, Brooklyn Rules, Laws Of Attraction, Chapter 27, and The Bourne Legacy. Brian currently serves on the faculty as an acting instructor at The New York Film Academy
PIERO BASSO, AIC - Director Of Photography
Piero Basso was born and raised in Northern Italy. he studied Cinema and Art at the University of Turin and was inspired by the work of Truffaut, Kubrick, Lynch and Wenders. Over the course of his lengthy career Piero has shot six feature films and has photographed over a dozen documentaries and nearly three dozen short films, and has earned the reputation of being a fast yet thorough DP, with a strong, distinct and mature vision. His films have received nominations at the European Film Awards and countless wins at festivals around the globe such as Toronto, Oberhausen, Edinburgh, Turin, and Huesca
Alissa Russo is a New York based independent producer originally from Massachusetts. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and gained extensive experience working i marketing for a large telecommunications firm before deciding to pursue her passion for filmmaking and producing at the New York Film Academy. Alissa’s producing career highlights include promotional commercials, music videos and indie short films.
TINA SPANGLER - Associate Producer
Tina Spangler is the Program Director for the Big Eddy Film Festival in Narrowsburg, NY, and oversees graphics and written content for the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance, the arts council for Sullivan County, NY. She is the director of the short documentaries LUCKY LAKE and HOME. Previously, Tina wrote and produced video and web content for Sundance Channel, Channel Thirteen, and New York University. She lives with her two children in the storied Luxton Lake community of Narrowsburg, NY, where she has restored two abandoned cottages, one of which is available for short term stays.
KATE KENNEDY - Production Designer
Kate Kennedy has worked as a set decorator on dozens of TV shows and commercials over the years, including Madam Secretary, Person Of Interest, 30 Rock, The Sopranos, CSI:NY, Law & Order: SVU and many more. The Renovation represents her first short film as Production Designer.
Rolando Gori was born in Rome and Raised in Canada. He received his BFA in Composition & Theory with honors at Concordia University in Montreal. Mr. Gori’s original music has appeared in feature films, documentaries and narrative shorts films, and has been included in a range of projects spanning from theatrical productions, to plays, chamber ensemble concerts and dance company performances, seen and heard internationally in The United States, Canada, and Europe. He also produces independent singer/songwriters at MUSA212, the project studio he co-runs with his wife in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. He is currently conjuring up new material and collaborating on a variety of multi-media projects.
Lucas Gelwarg is an editor who previously worked in social services. He graduated from Brandeis University with degrees in Sociology and Gender Studies. He also graduated from The Edit Center and worked on projects for The History Channel and non-profits.
